We have a record number of entries in this years competition and need all of our club members, friends and family to come and support the competition.  Our aim is to make this a memorable experience for every skater who visits with us over the weekend.

We need volunteers throughout the weekend, from set up on Thursday evening to tear down on Sunday afternoon.  Decide which day / morning / afternoon you want to volunteer and then sign up below

Key roles 

Ice monitor – check in skaters for Practice ice and competition events rinkside

Registration – greet skaters and check them in on arrival.  Answer questions

Hospitality – keep refreshments and meals available for officials and coaches

Music – play music for competition events

Runner – run scores from judges to scoring officials (perfect for younger volunteers)

Awards – present medals for completed events

Transportation – provide pickups and drop offs for officials at airport

Floating volunteer – available for set times to step into roles as required

Locker Room monitor – regular checks on locker rooms to ensure compliant with USFSA policy

Sales table – sell baked goods and cookies in Lobby

Set up and tear down – assist in set up (Thursday evening and Friday morning) and tear down (Sunday morning and early afternoon)

Announcer – announce skaters and events rinkside
